Sally came into rescue heavily pregnant and just in the nick of time as a couple of days later she gave birth to 3 kittens. She has done a brilliant job of raising her family and now they have all successfully found homes she is looking for one of her own.
Her foster carer says:-
“Sally is a confident, relaxed but playful young adult. She adores human company and loves having her face and chin stroked – she will then roll over and enjoys tummy tickles! Sally likes to be “invited” to sit on your knee or lie next to you in bed a quick pat and she’s soon there! She enjoys her food and is quite vocal at mealtimes polishing it off with relish and also enjoys treats of ham, chicken and tuna. Despite being a stray she is immaculate with her toileting and knows how to use the scratch post – though she does like to use the carpet as well on occasion! She is a very gentle girl and has allowed her foster carer to trim her claws and clean her ears! Sally spends alot of time gazing out of the window and snoozing in sunny spots.”
Sally has been a stray though was cared for by a member of the public before she came into rescue and is therefore used to having outdoor access.
She has been in foster care with resident cats and has shown a dislike towards other cats, however this may be due to her being a protective mum and having just been spayed, and thus may change in time.
Sally has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated as well as being up to date with flea and worm treatment.
She is being fostered in Long Eaton
