FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY :

That is:

  • Any cat at risk of severe suffering or death (although we will not be able to take the cat as we have no medical facilities we may be able to offer advice including where the nearest vets are located)
  • Any cat which is ill or injured
  • Any pregnant or nursing cat outdoors and alone
  • Any cat under the age of 6 months who is outdoors and alone

If you get the answering machine please leave a message when prompted and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

If your call is NOT deemed to be an emergency you will not receive a reply and you should e-mail us instead.

Please note, we do not have the power to sieze cats from uncooperative owners. If you suspect cruelty or neglect please call the RSPCA cruelty hotline on 0300 1234 999 

Feel free to join our facebook group. Advice and support is available for all cat owners and there is a great community of cat lovers. All our foster carers are on this group and are regularly posting pictures and telling stories of what their foster cats are getting up to and we also have people who have adopted from us giving us updates on how their cat is getting on which we love to see!
