Apricot **Available**

Apricot is about 10mths old and came into Rescue on 27July having been found some days earlier, with her brother Timmy, underneath a parked car along with an empty cardboard box and a carrier bag, so it looked as if they had been dumped there.

Both had very gunky eyes caused by a deformity in the eyelids and have received veterinary treatment to correct it. Apricots eyes are now fine but Timmy is now undergoing further treatment.

Apricot loves having lots and lots of fuss and cuddles and loves sitting on your lap and watching TV with you. She is very nosey and likes to know where you are and what you’re doing and at night loves sleeping on foster Mummy’s bed with her.

She is very playful and her favourite toys are balls in a track, toys on a stick, catnip toys and the best of all is a cardboard box.

She is fine with other playful, young cats and also with cat savvy children.

So far she has been an indoor cat in Rescue but has shown an interest in the outside world. Her forever home will need to have a safe garden for her to explore away from any busy or main roads.

Apricot is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatment. On adoption she will come with 5 weeks free pet insurance from Agria.

In foster care in Little Eaton, DE21.

To enquire about adoption please email the Rescue at linascatrescue@gmail.com and we’ll send the adoption questionnaire to complete and return.
